Good day, my dears!
This week has been much calmer and peaceful than previously, with many break-throughs (check out the updated nav bar ^^ We're on pinterest :D); and high anticipations for fast coming events: singing appointments speedily approaching...oh and just 6 weeks till the National Bible-Bee! Yes, we as a family will be volunteering again this year! Yay :D My only worries right now are getting all my ducks in a row as far as wardrobe goes... I hate going on a trip with things that I'm not excited about wearing... Call me frivolous if you like, but I really can't stand being stuck with a (very) limited selection of things that I don't really like. Get's my motivation down ;P

I finished a dress this past week! Yay! Now I'm excited for my next frock... delicious yellow + blue plaid chambray gets me in a good mood ;)

How has your week been?

Congrats on 99 followers!!! Y'all deserve it! I love how sleek everything looks on the blog, very professional and all that jazz. ;) And your bloglovin' button is adorable, love the font!
ReplyDeleteSo excited to hear that your family will be at the National Bible Bee this year! My family will, Lord willing, be attending as my younger brother qualified in the Senoir Division!
ReplyDeleteWill you be singing again this year at Bible Bee?
The six weeks will slip by so fast :-)
Oh, I wanted to echo Kalin's comments on how good your blog looks...I really like how professional everything looks! Great job Charlotte!

I know exactly what you mean about the clothes! Somehow, boring clothes make you less motivated in other areas as well. E.g., it is much more fun to cook with my pretty apron on. :-)
ReplyDeleteMy week's been rather busy, what with a new laptop (I've never had one before) and preparing a presentation on Richard III for school... quite interesting, too. The wonderful thing about my new laptop is that I could install a Bible application, and can now download various translations and compare the texts!
I see you (now) have one 100 followers!!! Yay! ~Cassie and Bekah
