Well, last week, I thought we all had, sadly, seen the last of the Finding Your Style Series posts.  But I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email last Saturday from Emma, with some pictures of outfits that she had come up with during the series! Yay! But I'll stop the chitter-chatter and turn this post over to Emma.

Hi, my name is Emma.
I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, am homeschooled, a music lover, a big sister, a seamstress, a farm girl, a creator, a dreamer, a leader, and a doer. You can often find me playing with my wonderful cousins, doing laundry, reading, sewing, cooking, holding babies, eating fruit, singing, writing, shooting archery, and always creating. I might be quiet at first, but once you get me talking...I might not stop.

Hey! How was your weekend? Mine was wonderful, with a family conference, playing piano for Church, and fellowship with the people of God all wrapped up into one beautiful package. With that said, are you all ready for the final installment of the Style Archetypes section of "Finding Your Style"? Let's begin.

Finding Your Style // Boho & Country-Western in Depth

Hey Y'all! (yep, I'm gonna' get on a southern accent today... not really :P)
Today in "Finding Your Style", we are going to talk about Boho and Country/Western in Depth. As usual we will be covering:

1. Who wears it?
2. How is it worn?
3. How I wore it.
4. How you can pull it off.

First up:

Boho

1. Who wears it? Well, to answer that question I have to go to the dictionary: "a person who has informal and unconventional social habits, esp. an artist or writer." So, how does this translate to fashion? Well, if you think about it, bohemian artists (such as those of the Pre-Raphaelite movement) were wont to not necessarily conform as strictly as others to the standards of modern dress, and had a more relaxed appearance to their clothing and self. So then, to answer the question, "Who wears it?" Basically anyone who wants to have a more relaxed, artistic appearance. Young teens, actual artists or writers, anyone!

Hello dearies!
Are you all ready for two more style archetypes in depth? Well, this week, after a lovely reader's suggestion, I am going to add one more thing I will cover with each post:

I also have another surprise for you all this week. After searching for someone other than Taylor Swift (sorry, I really don't like using celebrities for fashion examples. Their lifestyles are so unattainable for us normal folk, that it just isn't realistic to use them as an example) for an example of girly/romantic style, I mustered up the courage to ask one of the bloggers that I sincerely admire, Kellie Falconer, if she would be willing to be "used" as my style archetype example. And, she agreed! Thank you so much again Kellie!

After trying to write this post myself based off of some books I have, I realized that it was WAY too much information for me to write myself, as your tour guide and fellow student, and a poor one at that! SO I decided we would go to the experts through the following links I have found across the internet; since if we visited a city, like we do in the roadmap, we would talk to several different people to gain the information necessary for our journey.

Apologies for the lack of posts yesterday! Our internet was down, but thankfully it's up this morning, so  you get to see the post that was intended for yesterday.

After some inspiration from my Mom, and a conversation with a dear friend of ours, I have decided to start up a new blog series. It’s titled: “Finding Your Style: A Journey of No-More-Confusion With Your Wardrobe”.
