However, throughout all the activities of the day, we were unable to take any good outfit photos for y'all, so you'll have to be content with a dancing pic my Mom took at the festivities last night.
Sadly, my Toms will never be the same; because we danced on the grass, and they got a little... well... dirty. :( Thankfully they are multi-colored floral, so it doesn't show too much; and as my Mom said, "You'll just have another color on your Toms." ;)

We stayed home from church today, because of the late night last evening, along with the fact that my Dad has been having to get up at twelve in the morning to take out the little pooch, Tomo, and needed to catch up on some much needed sleep. :) So we are spending a pretty casual Lord's Day, resting and replenishing ourselves for the week to come.
And now for outfit #2!
Brigid's Outfit:
Skirt: Made by Mom
Blouse: Thrifted
My Outfit:
Shirt: Gap
Skirt: Remake from Mom
Necklace: Gifted
Earrings: Clairs
These photos aren't exactly vintage, but we weren't really feeling up to another photo shoot like in the last two posts, and we thought these would suffice nicely! ;)
It's too bad that you can't really see my necklace very well in the above pictures; because it's really unique and pretty! It is made up of a metal rose hung in the center from a chunky chain, with little (wax maybe?) rose beads threaded on the left side (right side in the picture). My sister Jessica got it for me for Christmas from this charming jewelry business called Steph's Jewels. The woman who makes the jewelry fashions it out of vintage materials, such as old pins, beads, buttons etc. mixing them with various modern items. Maybe I'll wear it again in the upcoming week and try to get a better picture.
