One skirt | Three ways | Three days | Day 2

Well, this marks day two of the O.S.T.W.T.D event, (I have to say that that is THE looonngest abbreviation Ever!!). We took advantage of the awesome app on my mom's iPhone (our camera) Hipstamatic, and took some ultra vintage photos. It was grey, cloudy, and cold; so me and Brigid decided to use a couple umbrellas for some fun props.

Brigid's outfit:
Sweater: F21
Skirt: made by mom
Hat: antique store
Umbrella: courtesy of my lovely sister Jessica, who also took the photos. (Antique store.)

Here comes the sun...

Charlotte's outfit:
Shirt: Land's End
Cardigan: Thrifted (gap)
Skirt: made by mom
Shoes: Toms
Headband: made by me
Parasol: courtesy of my wonderful sister Brigid. (Flea Market.)
Hair: Fake bob ;)

Here's how I did my fake bob:
I took about five inches of my hair and banded it pulling it through halfway on the last twist, creating a sort of knot at the end of my hair. Next I tucked it up underneath and clipped it with two little clips, trying to make them as hidden as possible (you may need more according to your hair thickness); and Voila! You have your bob, without cutting off all your hair! I have medium/long hair so it may not work as well for those of you with long hair.
We look like two little Dutch ladies.

Have a blessed weekend!
Charlotte on behalf of herself and sister Brigid.

Can you two come and teach me to pose? I always look silly, maybe that is because I prefer to take the photos. ;)
