Inspiration: Emma, a doll made by Tasha Tudor.
Materials: clay and leather.
Jessica showed me and Charlotte how to sculpt the face and paint it, I made all the leather bodies for the dolls, and helped a little bit with the sewing of the clothes by making the pattern for the dress.
My doll's name is Elizabeth Angeline Quincy, Charlotte's is Lydia Quincy, and I forgot Jessica's doll's name.
About the title; why I said 'or is it Boyer' is because Elizabeth Angeline is the name of my great great aunt or grandma on my Dad's Dad's side. I found the name in our Boyer family history book.
Elizabeth is in the first picture, and she is joined by Lydia in one of the next pictures (by the way I made the ballgown Lydia's wearing for Charlotte's birthday). And the rest of the pictures are details of what Elizabeth is wearing. I made EVERYTHING that she is wearing, HAT included! It is made from straw from along the side of the road near our house. Hand picked, Hand braided. Hand sewn. Satin inside. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
